Who you are contracting with, how engagements are governed, and what these website terms do and don't cover.
Contracting entity
Services are provided by Quantis Sphere LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ACT-9528).
Use of this site
You agree to use this website lawfully, and not to misuse it, disrupt it, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it.
Engagements
Work is delivered under a separate written scope or agreement for each project, and those terms govern the actual services. These website terms do not replace a signed statement of work.
Payment
As set out in each written quote or agreement. Scope, price and dates are agreed in writing before work begins; if the scope changes, we re-quote first.
Warranties & liability
Where your signed agreement states a limitation of liability, that agreement governs. Otherwise: our total liability for any claim arising out of the services is capped at the fees you paid us for the specific engagement concerned, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Last reviewed 22 August 2026; a counsel-reviewed revision will replace this clause.
Governing law & venue
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
