Book a call

20 minutes with the engineer who'd do the work.

Not a sales call and not a junior reading a script. We work out what you actually need, tell you roughly what it costs, and put a fixed price in writing afterwards.

So sorry — nothing's free on this day. The next day over usually has room.

Subin Sunder Raj, Founder & Lead Engineer at Quantis Sphere LLP
Who you're meeting

Subin Sunder Raj, founder & lead engineer.

Subin is a Cisco-certified Ethical Hacker, currently taking an M.Tech in cyber security, and finished top three in a national Capture The Flag competition. On Upwork he is Top Rated with a 100% job success score across 1,700+ hours and 20 completed jobs — a public record you can read before you call.

The day-to-day work is real: penetration testing against the OWASP Top 10, Linux and cloud hardening, Wazuh SIEM deployments, and a custom Frappe application — timer-based timesheets, attendance generated automatically from check-ins against shift rules, row-level permission fencing — that this firm runs its own operations on.

If the job turns out to be mostly data, analytics or research work, say so when you book and Thejaswini Kishore joins the call. She is a co-founder, a direct PhD candidate in computer science with granted patents and Scopus-indexed publications, and a project engineer at a robotics research hub.

The call

What happens in the 20 minutes.

We keep it short on purpose. Twenty minutes is enough to work out whether there's a job here, and short enough that you'll take the meeting.

What it is

  • We ask what you have now and what isn't working.
  • We tell you which of the four things we do actually fits — a website, getting found on Google, security testing, or ERPNext. Sometimes the answer is none of them.
  • You get a rough price range out loud, on the call. You don't have to wait for a second meeting to hear a number.
  • If someone else is a better fit for the job, we say so and point you at them.

What it isn't

  • No slide deck and no discovery framework. It's a conversation.
  • Nothing to sign and nothing to pay. Quotes come after, in writing.
  • No salesperson and no account manager — this firm doesn't have either.
  • No drip campaign afterwards. We follow up once. If we don't hear back, that's the end of it.
Before the call

What to have ready.

None of this is required. Every line you can answer makes the price we quote afterwards more accurate and less likely to move.

  • Your current website address, if you have one.
  • The one thing you want a visitor to do — call you, book, buy, or fill in a form.
  • Anything already broken or worrying you: slow pages, no inquiries, a failed security questionnaire, a system nobody wants to use.
  • A rough budget and a rough deadline. If you don't have either, say so — we'll tell you what our published tiers cost and go from there.
  • Who else has to approve the spend.

If you already know the budget

Say the number. Websites are published: Launch $1,950, Growth $3,450, Commerce $5,900, with care plans at $99 and $189 a month. Security testing and ERPNext are quoted after the call because the scope genuinely varies — we won't invent a number to look cheap.

If you're comparing quotes

Bring the other quotes. We'll tell you what we'd do differently and what we'd charge — and if the other quote is the better deal, we'll say that too.

After the call

A written scope and a fixed price.

Nothing about the price is verbal, and nothing starts before you've read it.

  1. 01

    A written summary

Within one business day you get a short note of what we discussed and what we understood the job to be, so any misunderstanding surfaces before money is involved.

  2. 02

A fixed price, within two business days

Scope, price, dates — and an explicit list of what is not included. Websites are priced off the published tiers. Security and ERPNext are quoted properly, because they genuinely vary.

  3. 03

    Nothing starts until you agree

You pay per milestone, through Upwork's escrow if that makes you more comfortable. If the scope changes later, we re-quote first. You are never surprised by an invoice.

When we take calls

Our standard window is 8:00am – 3:00pm ET — that is early evening through late night where we are, so you get a live person rather than a message left overnight.

We know that window closes before a lot of trades finish for the day. If the afternoon or early evening suits you better, ask and we will take the call then — we do it regularly. Slots show in your own timezone, detected from your browser, so you don't have to do the arithmetic.

Where we actually are

Quantis Sphere LLP is registered in Tamil Nadu, India — LLPIN ACT-9528. We are an India-based team working for US clients, we say so on every page, and you should know exactly who you are hiring before you spend anything.

The call is in English, with the founder, and there is no offshore handoff afterwards: the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it.

Questions

Before you book.

Is this a sales call?

No. It is 20 minutes of scoping with the engineer who would do the work. If your project isn't a fit, the most useful thing we can do is tell you that quickly and give you the name of someone better suited.

What if I'm not ready to spend anything yet?

Book anyway. Plenty of these calls end with a rough number and a 'come back in six months.' We would rather you know what the work costs before you plan around it.

Which timezone are the times shown in?

Slots are shown in your own timezone, detected from your browser. We're based in Tamil Nadu, India, and we hold 8:00am – 3:00pm ET for calls — that is real daytime overlap with the US Eastern and Central working day, not a handoff at 3am.

Can I just email instead?

Yes. Write to contact@quantissphere.com with one line about what you need, or use the contact form. A founder reads it — there's no queue and no ticket system. We reply within one business day.

None of the times work for me. Now what?

Email contact@quantissphere.com with two or three times that do work, including your timezone, and we'll confirm one of them. We can start earlier or run later than the posted window when it's the only way to meet.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. The list on this page helps us give you a sharper number, but showing up with nothing but a problem is fine too.

Ready when you are.

Pick a slot above, or email us if none of them work. Either way you'll have a written scope and a fixed price within two business days of the call.
