About us & how we work

Where are you based?

Tamil Nadu, India. We work US Eastern hours and communicate in English.

Who will I actually work with?

The founders lead and review every engagement, backed by our in-house engineering team. No sales reps, no subcontractors.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes — routinely, especially for security and ERP work.

How do you price work?

Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. Website builds have published prices; security testing and ERPNext are scoped on a short call and quoted in writing. Either way, no hourly surprises.

How we scope and quote work

Websites

How much does a small business website cost?

Ours are published: $1,950 for Launch (up to 5 pages), $3,450 for Growth (up to 10 pages plus a blog) and $5,900 for Commerce (a store or booking system). The exclusions are published next to them, and the price is fixed in writing before work begins.

Do I own the site?

Yes — code, content and domain are yours.

What's included?

Custom design, mobile-first build, analytics + a working contact form from day one, and security hardening as standard.

How long does it take?

Three weeks for a Launch build, about five for Growth and six to eight for Commerce — and the exact timeline is fixed in your written quote.

What does the $399 Website Fix Sprint cover — and what doesn't it?

Five business days of fixes on the site you already have: security headers and HTTPS put right, the performance work Google's own report asks for on your key pages, SEO basics across up to 10 pages, Search Console and GA4 connected, and the same check re-run at the end so the before and after is in writing. It does not cover a rebuild, new pages, content writing, design changes, paid licences, or any promise about rankings — nobody can honestly make one. It needs access to your hosting or CMS, and we tell you exactly what we need before you pay. If we look at your site and can't meaningfully improve it for that price, we say so and you pay nothing.

Do you run Google Ads or Facebook Ads?

Yes — Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram): strategy, setup, creative, landing pages and ongoing management. Tracking is wired and tested before the first ad runs, so the spend is accountable to a number from day one.

Who owns the ad account?

You do, always. Campaigns run in Google Ads and Meta accounts in your own name, on your own billing, with us added as a user you can remove in two clicks. Spend history, audiences and conversion data stay with you if we part ways.

Do you guarantee leads or rankings?

No — and anyone who does is guessing. We don't promise returns we haven't measured and we don't promise rankings by a date. What we commit to is the process: tracking before spend, a budget you set, and a report in plain English — weekly while campaigns run, monthly for SEO.

Do you design posters and social creatives?

Yes — posters, flyers, social creatives, business cards and simple brand kits, mostly for clients who need materials matching their site or campaign. We show you concepts for your own job first and quote a fixed price per round.

Security

What kind of testing do you do?

Web & API penetration testing against the OWASP Top 10 and API Top 10, plus hardening and Wazuh SIEM builds.

Do you issue SOC 2 or PCI compliance?

No — we're not a QSA, ASV or CPA firm. We produce the pentest report and technical evidence your auditor accepts, and we'll tell you when you need a licensed firm.

Do you need production access?

No — we test staging, IP-whitelisted, with agreed rules of engagement.

How much does a pentest cost?

It depends on scope — app size, number of APIs, black-box vs authenticated. We give you a fixed quote after a short scoping call.

ERPNext

What is ERPNext?

A free, open-source ERP (accounting, inventory, HR, CRM and more) with no per-user license — you own your data.

Can you customize it?

Yes — custom Frappe apps, doctypes, integrations and automations, not just configuration.

Can you host and secure it?

Yes — self-hosted or cloud, hardened and backed up by our security team.

How much does an ERPNext project cost?

Scoped after a discovery call — modules, users, data migration — and quoted in writing.

Still have a question?

One line is enough to start. Book a short call, or send it straight to a founder.
