Get found & grow

A great website nobody can find isn't doing its job.

There are two ways to get found — earned and paid — and one way to know which is working.

  • Technical SEO and your Google Business Profile — the earned side
  • Google and Meta campaigns, run on an ad account you own
  • Design work for the materials that go with them
  • Tracking wired before a dollar goes out

The earned side

The unglamorous work that actually moves the needle.

Most small-business sites are invisible for boring, fixable reasons. We fix those first — because paid traffic landing on a broken site is just a faster way to lose money.

Technical SEO

The plumbing that decides whether Google can read your site at all: indexation, sitemaps, canonicals, structured data, Core Web Vitals, mobile rendering, broken links and redirects.

On-page SEO

Page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal linking and content that targets what your customers actually type — not what sounds impressive.

Google Business Profile setup and optimization

Full setup and optimization of your profile so you show up in Maps and the local pack, with categories, services, hours, photos and a review-request process that works.

Analytics & tracking

GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console wired properly, with conversion tracking on every form and button so you can see what's actually producing inquiries.

Call tracking

For businesses that get inquiries by phone — a tracked number so you know which pages and sources make the phone ring, not just which ones get clicks.

A monthly report you can read

One page, in plain English: how many people came, where from, what they did, and what we changed.

No 40-page PDF you'll never open.

Paid campaigns

Ads, run by the people who wire the tracking first.

Google Ads and Meta — Facebook and Instagram — managed end to end: strategy, setup, creative, the landing page, and the measurement that makes the whole thing checkable.

Strategy & audience research

Who we're targeting, what they search for or scroll past, what the offer actually is, and which platform is worth your money — written down before a campaign is built.

Sometimes the honest answer is that paid isn't right for your business yet, and we'll say so on the call.

Google Ads

Search, Local and Performance Max campaigns built from scratch or rebuilt: account structure, keywords and negatives, ad copy, extensions, geographic targeting, and the day-to-day management that keeps spend on the terms that convert.

Meta — Facebook & Instagram

Campaign setup and management across Facebook and Instagram: Business Manager and Pixel configuration, audiences, placements, creative variants, and testing structured so you learn something from every round.

Landing pages that match the ad

The single most common reason ad money disappears is that the ad promises one thing and the page says another.

We build the page the ad points at — same offer, same words, one obvious action — on the same stack we build every site.

Conversion tracking, before any spend

GA4, Google Ads conversions and the Meta Pixel configured and tested before the first ad goes live — calls, forms, bookings and purchases, each attributed to what produced it.

If we can't measure it, we don't switch it on.

A weekly report in plain English

While campaigns are live: what we spent, what came back, what we changed and what we're changing next.

Written so you can read it in two minutes, not a dashboard login you'll never use.

Campaign management is quoted after a call — it depends on the platforms, the number of campaigns and how much is already built.

Your ad spend is separate and always paid by you, directly to the platform. How we scope and quote →

How we run your money

We'd rather show you the terms than a number we can't back.

We don't publish campaign case studies, because we don't have client results we can attach a name and a verified number to — and an invented one is worse than none.

What we can put in writing is exactly how your account and your budget are handled.

Your ad account, your data

Campaigns run inside Google Ads and Meta accounts in your name. We work in them as a user you can remove in two clicks.

If we part ways, the account, the history, the audiences and every conversion we recorded stay with you.

You pay the platforms directly

Google and Meta bill your card, at cost, with nothing marked up through us.

Our management fee is quoted separately, so you can always see which number is spend and which is us.

Measurement comes first

Tracking is wired and verified before a dollar goes out.

We don't promise returns we haven't measured — we build the instrument that makes every dollar afterwards accountable to a number you can check yourself.

Brand & creative

The materials that match the site.

A modest, practical service for clients who need something designed — a poster for a promotion, a flyer for the counter, creatives for a campaign, cards for the van.

  • Posters and flyers, print-ready in the sizes your printer asks for
  • Social-media creatives sized correctly for Instagram, Facebook and Google
  • Ad creative built to match the landing page it points at
  • Business cards and simple stationery
  • A simple brand kit — logo files, colors, type, and where to use each

How a design job runs

  • You tell us the message, the audience and where it will be seen — printed, posted or paid
  • We come back with two directions, and you pick one
  • We take it through two rounds of revisions
  • You get print-ready files and the editable source — yours, like everything else we make for you

We don't have a public portfolio to point you at yet, and we'd rather say that than borrow someone else's.

So we show you concepts for your own job before you commit to it, and we quote a fixed price per round.

Full logo and brand-identity design is priced separately — it's on the published exclusions list beside the website tiers, so nothing here is a surprise on an invoice.

What we won't pretend

We won't promise you rankings, and we won't promise returns we haven't measured.

Plenty of agencies will take a monthly retainer and show you a graph.

What we do instead

We do the part we can stand behind:

  • Make the site technically sound
  • Get you set up where customers look
  • Run campaigns on an account you own
  • Instrument all of it, so every claim afterwards can be checked against a number

If a campaign isn't producing, we'll tell you before you notice, and we'll tell you whether that's something to fix or a sign that paid isn't the right channel for you.

Losing a retainer costs us less than a client who found out on their own.

How it starts

An audit before a plan, and a plan before an invoice.

  • We audit what you have — indexation, speed, tracking, local presence, and any ad accounts already running
  • You get a written list of what's broken and what it's worth fixing
  • We agree a fixed scope and price before any work starts — and, for campaigns, a monthly budget you set
  • Tracking goes in and gets tested, then the work starts
  • We report monthly on organic, and weekly while campaigns are live

The first line of that audit is one you can run yourself in a minute.

The free website check gives you Google's own speed and SEO scores for your pages and a passive read of your security headers — the same public facts we start from.

Already a website client?

Every site we build ships with technical SEO, GA4, Search Console and conversion tracking configured at launch — that's included, not an upsell.

This service is for going further: local presence, paid campaigns, design work, ongoing improvement and reporting.

A site that is slow or broken will not rank however good the SEO is, and it will burn ad budget faster than it earns it. Neither will one that gets defaced.

We also test and harden sites, and quote everything in writing before we start.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do you run Google Ads or Facebook Ads?

Yes. We run Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns — strategy, account setup, creative, landing pages and ongoing management. What we don't do is promise you a return before we've measured one. Tracking goes in first, on an ad account you own, so every dollar spent afterwards is accountable to a number you can check.

Who owns the ad account?

You do, always. Campaigns run inside Google Ads and Meta Business accounts in your own name, on your own billing. We work in them as a user you can remove in two clicks. If you stop working with us, the account, the spend history, the audiences and the conversion data all stay with you. We never run clients through an agency account we control.

How do I know it's working?

Because it's measured before it starts. Conversion tracking is configured and tested before the first ad runs, so you see calls, forms, bookings and purchases attributed to the campaign that produced them — not just clicks and impressions. While campaigns are live you get a weekly plain-English report: what we spent, what came back, what we changed and what we're changing next.

What budget do I need to start?

It depends on your market and what one customer is worth to you, so any number on this page would be a guess. On the call we'll look up roughly what clicks cost in your area and your industry, and tell you what a sensible test looks like. If your budget is too small to learn anything useful from, we'll tell you that instead of taking it.

Do you guarantee leads?

No — and anyone who does is guessing. Nobody can promise a cost per lead for a campaign that hasn't run, in a market they haven't tested. What we commit to is the process: tracking wired before spend, a budget you set and control, and a weekly report that shows what it cost and what it produced. If it isn't working, you'll hear it from us first.

Can you guarantee I'll rank number one?

No, and nobody honestly can. What we can guarantee is that your site is technically sound, correctly indexed, properly tracked, and targeting terms your customers actually search. Anyone promising you a ranking is guessing or lying.

Is SEO worth it for a small business?

Sometimes, and not always. It is worth it when customers are already searching for what you sell and you are not showing up — a plumber, a dentist, a law firm, a rental company. It is a poor bet when demand has to be created rather than captured, when you sell to a handful of named accounts, or when you need customers this month rather than in six. The honest test is whether anyone types your service into Google at all; we check that on the call and tell you which way it falls, including when the answer is that ads or your Google Business Profile will do more for you than SEO will.

How long does SEO take to work?

Technical fixes and Google Business Profile can show results in weeks. Ranking for competitive terms takes months, and for a brand-new site it can take longer than that. Paid campaigns are the opposite — they start producing data within days, which is often a good reason to run both: ads buy you information while the organic work compounds.

Do you design posters and social graphics too?

Yes — posters, flyers, social creatives, business cards and simple brand kits, mostly for clients who need materials that match their site or their campaign. It's supporting work rather than a design studio, and we don't have a public portfolio to point you at, so we show you concepts for your own job first and quote a fixed price per round.

Is this included when you build my site?

The foundations are — every site we build ships with technical SEO, analytics and Search Console configured from day one. This page is about going further: local presence, ongoing improvements, paid campaigns, design work and reporting.

What does it cost?

It depends on how much is already in place. We'll audit what you have, tell you what's worth fixing, and give you a fixed price in writing before anything starts. Campaign management is always quoted separately from your ad spend, so you can see which number is which.

Let's find out why you're not being found.

A 20-minute call and a look at your site, your search presence and any campaigns already running.

You'll get an honest read on what's worth doing — whether or not you hire us to do it.
