How we work

Fixed scope. Fixed price. No surprises.

Website builds have published prices: $1,950 for Launch, $3,450 for Growth, $5,900 for Commerce, with the exclusions listed next to them. Security testing and ERPNext genuinely vary by scope, so those are quoted in writing after a short call. Either way the number is agreed before work starts, and there are never hourly surprises.

Fix Sprint

Already have a site? A fixed list of fixes, for $399.

Most sites we look at do not need rebuilding. They need the security headers set, the images sized properly, the tracking connected and the basics Google asks for put right. That is a defined job, so it has a published price — and, in the same size type, a published list of what it does not include.

Website Fix Sprint

$399 one-off

Done in 5 business days

The fixes your check report asks for, done for a fixed price — on the site you already have, without a rebuild.

  • Security headers configured properly: HSTS, CSP, X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy and Permissions-Policy
  • HTTPS enforced everywhere, mixed content cleaned up, certificate and renewal checked
  • The performance work Google's own report asks for on your key pages: image compression and sizing, render-blocking resources, caching headers
  • SEO basics fixed across up to 10 pages: one H1 each, real titles and meta descriptions, canonical tags, robots.txt and sitemap.xml
  • Google Search Console and GA4 connected, sitemap submitted, conversion tracking on your contact form
  • The same check re-run at the end — before and after, in writing, so you can see exactly what changed
Not in the $399

The same rule as the website tiers: a fixed price is only believable when the exclusions are published next to it, before you pay rather than after.

  • A rebuild. If your theme or platform is the real problem, we will tell you before you pay, not after
  • New pages, content writing or design changes
  • Any promise about rankings or traffic — nobody can honestly make one
  • Paid plugin or theme licences, and work inside another agency's proprietary system
  • Ongoing maintenance — that is the care plan, and it is optional
Access we need

Access to your hosting or CMS (and DNS if headers are set there). We will tell you exactly what we need before you pay.

If we look at your site and can't meaningfully improve it for this price, we say so and you pay nothing.

A sprint is scoped from a check report, so the place to start is the free website check — Google's own Lighthouse scores plus a passive read of your headers and certificate. If the site underneath turns out to be the real problem, the three build prices and the care plans are on the websites page.

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us.

Most projects start fixed-scope. Which one fits is something we work out on the call, not something you have to guess at.

Fixed scope

Fixed-scope projects

For a website build or a defined security test. We agree the scope, the price and the dates in writing before we start — one number, no hourly surprises.

Day rate

Day-rate engagements

For ongoing security, hardening, or ERP work where the scope evolves. A senior engineer's day, tracked and reported, so you stay in control.

Retainer

Care & support retainers

Monthly hosting, patching, monitoring and support to keep what we built fast, secure and up to date.

What each one covers, in detail: websites, SEO and tracking, penetration testing, and ERPNext and Frappe.

Every engagement

What you always get.

NDA protected

Every engagement begins with a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Fixed scope, in writing

Price and dates agreed before any work starts. If scope changes, we re-quote first.

Direct founder access

You work with the founders — no account managers, no subcontractors.

You own the deliverable

Your code, your data, your report, your ERP instance — yours to keep.

The process

From first call to launch.

The shape of a typical website build. Your dates are set on the quote, in writing, before we start.

  1. Day 0

    Scope

A 20-minute call. We agree exactly what's in — and what isn't. If it isn't us, we say so.

  2. Day 3

    Quote

A fixed price and fixed dates, in writing, before anything starts. No hourly surprises.

  3. Day 10

    Build / test

Something you can click in staging, not a mockup — with a note at the end of each active day.

  4. Day 21

    Deliver

A launched site, or a CVSS-scored report with remediation steps. You own everything.

  5. After

    Stand by

A care plan, or one free retest once you've fixed what we found.

Paying us

You pay per milestone, and you can hold the money.

The schedule is agreed on the scoping call and written into the quote. If you'd rather not send money directly to a firm you've just met, we'll run the engagement through Upwork instead — our record there is public, and their escrow holds each milestone until you release it.

How the money works

  • Milestone payments, agreed on the scoping call — you know what you're paying and when.
  • Upwork escrow if you prefer to fund milestones through a platform that holds the money.
  • Nothing starts before the scope and the price are written down.
  • If the scope changes mid-project, we re-quote before we carry on.
FAQ

How quoting works.

Do you publish prices?

For websites, yes: $1,950 for Launch, $3,450 for Growth and $5,900 for Commerce, with the exclusions published beside them, plus $399 for a Fix Sprint on a site you already have. For security testing and ERPNext, no — a five-page site and a full ERP migration are not the same job, and a single number would be a guess dressed up as a quote. Those we scope on a short call and quote in writing, fast.

How do you quote?

Fixed scope, fixed price, in writing before any work begins. If the scope changes mid-project, we re-quote first — you're never surprised by an invoice.

Do I pay upfront?

We work to a milestone schedule agreed on the scoping call. You always know what you're paying and when, in writing, before we start.

Is it affordable?

We price a senior engineer's time honestly. If your budget is very small, a website builder like Squarespace may serve you better — and we'll tell you so rather than sell you something you don't need.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?

Yes. We're based in Tamil Nadu, India, work US Eastern hours, and serve clients across the US, India and beyond.

Tell us what you need — we'll send a fixed quote.

A short call, then a clear scope and price in writing. No obligation, and an honest answer if we're not the right people for it.
